Where do your products ship from?

All products from Lilah’s Closet ship from United States warehouses through our trusted fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer faster shipping times within the U.S.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

After processing, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.


Will my items arrive in the same package?

Sometimes items may arrive in separate packages. Because we work with multiple U.S. suppliers, certain items may ship from different warehouses.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin.lilahsclosetshop@gmail.com.

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been fulfilled.


What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


What if my package is lost?

If your tracking shows no updates or your package appears lost, please reach out to us at admin.lilahsclosetshop@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.


What sizes do you offer?

Our baby clothing typically ranges from newborn through toddler sizes. Our children's clothing typically ranges from 12m to 9/10. Specific size availability will be vary and will be listed on each product page.

We recommend checking the size chart on the product listing to ensure the best fit for your little one.


Are your baby clothes safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! We carefully select products made with soft, baby-friendly materials designed for comfort. Product details and materials are listed on each product page so you can choose the best option for your little one.


Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our most popular items may be restocked, while others are limited seasonal styles.
